Sandra is an attorney with a strong focus on corporate and transactional matters, dispute resolution, and real estate and construction.
Sandra advises companies and private clients on complex transactions, corporate and contractual matters, and disputes. She has significant experience in M&A and real estate transactions, advising clients throughout the transaction lifecycle – from structuring and negotiations to signing and completion.
Her real estate practice is supported by substantial first-hand industry experience. Before joining a law firm, Sandra worked as an in-house counsel and as a real estate development manager, where she was directly involved in managing development projects and navigating the commercial, contractual and practical issues arising throughout their lifecycle. This experience gives her a strong understanding of the business realities behind real estate and construction matters and enables her to approach legal issues from both the client’s and the legal adviser’s perspective.
Sandra also advises and represents clients in commercial and civil disputes, both in pre-litigation negotiations and before the courts. She focuses on developing a clear strategy from the outset, assessing legal and commercial risks and identifying the most effective way to protect the client’s interests – whether through negotiation, settlement or litigation.
Sandra also advises both employers and employees on employment matters. Her practice further extends to family and inheritance law, where she advises and represents private clients.
Having worked both as an attorney and on the client side, Sandra brings a pragmatic and commercially minded approach to her work. She is focused on understanding the broader objectives behind each assignment and providing clear, strategic and practical solutions.
