Marko is a Partner at Glimstedt with 15 years of experience as an attorney, advising Estonian and international companies on litigation and commercial law matters. Over the past five years, his practice has increasingly focused on energy and infrastructure, alongside banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, public procurement, corporate and association law, contract law, and real estate and construction.

He has extensive experience advising construction companies throughout the construction process, including negotiating and concluding large-scale design and construction contracts.

He further advises clients on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters and represents clients in dispute resolution proceedings, drawing on his broad litigation practice to protect clients’ interests in and out of court.
