Liis works on a wide range of legal matters, supporting attorneys in client advisory work, transactions and litigation.

Her work includes legal analysis, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts, procedural documents and other legal documents. Liis also assists with corporate law matters and registry procedures, and helps prepare documentation related to transactions and proceedings.

Thanks to her varied experience in a law firm, Liis has worked with both domestic and cross-border legal matters across different areas of law.
