Tarmo is an experienced specialist in insolvency law and court disputes. Tarmo has successfully represented clients in various matters related to insolvency, including bankruptcy, reorganization, and enforcement proceedings (selling, buying, challenging auctions, reclaiming assets), and has acted in different proceedings from both creditor and debtor positions. Representation has encompassed filing bankruptcy petitions as well as contesting them, participating in bankruptcy committees, and leading committee work.
Tarmo also possesses extensive advisory experience in cross-border insolvency law. He has represented clients in reorganization and debt restructuring proceedings. Additionally, Tarmo serves as a bankruptcy administrator.
