An article "Estonia Introduces Advance Tax Rulings” was published in Mondaq by our partner Priit Lätt and tax lawyer Rainer Eidemiller.

The article introduces the amendments to the Estonian Taxation Act. Among other amendments, a new advance tax ruling institution was introduced into legislation. Request for an advance ruling from a tax authority will be made available on 1 January 2008.
