We are glad to announce that six new attorneys at law and lawyers – Indrek Leppik, Sander Kärson, Merit Lind, Andrias Palmits, Triin Raudsepp and Triin Tuulik - have joined the firm. The new recruits will strenghten our firm´s capabilities in corporate/commercial, real estate and dispute resolution areas.

Indrek Leppik, a member of Estonian Bar Association since 1997 and well-known litigation attorney at law, joined the firm´s Litigation Practice Group. He has significant experience and knowledge in dispute resolution, e.g. three sucessful decisions of the Constitutional Review Chamber of the Supreme Court.

Sander Kärson joined the firm’s Business/Transactional Practice Group. His practice focuses on general corporate matters. Sander received his B.A. from the University of Tartu and he is pursuing magister iuris degree at the same university. He was a member of the moot court team that won the first prize in the Estonian National Moot Court Competition of 2004/2005. Sander was a member of the Estonian team that participated in Willem C. VIS Commercial Arbitration Moot.

Merit Lind joined the firm´s Business/Transactional Practice Group. Her practice focuses on general corporate/commercial matters. Merit received her B.A. from the University of Tartu and she is pursuing MA degree at the same university. Merit was a member of the moot court team that won the first prize in the Estonian National Moot Court Competition of 2006/2007.   

Andrias Palmits joined the firm’s Construction, Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group. His practice focuses on general property law matters. Andrias received his B.A. degree from the University of Tartu and he is pursuing magister iuris degree at the same university. Before joining Glimstedt Straus & Partners, Andrias worked in the biggest debt collection agency in Estonia as a lawyer.

Triin Raudsepp, a member of Estonian Bar Association since 2005, joined the firm´s Litigation Practice Group. Triin has received magister iuris degree from the Univesristy of Tartu. She has significant experience and knowledge in litigation. Before joining Glimstedt Straus & Partners, she worked in another law firm.

Triin Tuulik joined the firm´s Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on assistance in commercial litigation matters. Triin is pursuing B.A. degree at the University of Tartu.
