On April 22, 2008, our partner Priit Lätt will make a presentation "Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Employment Relations" on 1. Business Conference organised by Estonian business newspaper Äripäev.  

The presentation covers practical issues related to the protection of copyright and business secrets in the employment relations and also relevant case law in this field. Additionally, Priit Lätt will comment some taxation problems related to the payment of royalties.   

The conference will be held in the conference centre of Sokos Viru Hotel, Tallinn.
