Leif Ljungholm has been official estate administrator in some of Sweden’s largest bankrupt­cies within the finance sector as well as the contract-, airway and newspaper business. Fur­thermore, he has been defender in major economical criminal cases and is often engaged as an arbitrator. He was President of the Swedish Bar Association 1996 - 1999.

Annika Boström assists companies within various lines of business with Business Law mat­ters, not the least with Danish connections. She has many years of experience as an estate administrator and has taken part in the administration of many bigger international bankrupt­cies within the financial sector, the airway business and medical research. Annika is chairman of the Öresundsadvokaterna, which is an association of Swedish and Danish lawyers ac­tive within the Öresund district.
