The seminar included areas of :

- Due diligence
- Investment process.
Randu Riiberg: “The subject is close to my heart as we all know how the balance shifts from “õhinapõhin” (passion) to financial commitments, risks, new partners, and possible issues that start hindering the process. And my suggestion always is to take the time to prepare, and set the rules before you start, as things can get ugly, when “dollar signs are in the eyes.”
