Representation has encompassed filing bankruptcy petitions as well as contesting them, participating in bankruptcy committees, and leading committee work.
Tarmo also possesses extensive advisory experience in cross-border insolvency law. He has represented clients in reorganization and debt restructuring proceedings. Additionally, Tarmo serves as a bankruptcy administrator.
