Glimstedt at Nordic Real Estate Forum 2026: Rethink Real Estate

On 4 March 2026, the Nordic Real Estate Forum (NREF) will bring together leading real estate professionals at the Tallinn Creative Hub (Kursi 3, Tallinn, Estonia). Under the theme “Rethink Real Estate,” this year’s forum will focus on how the sector is adapting to new economic realities, sustainability targets and changing investment strategies across the Nordics and Baltics.

Glimstedt is supporting the Nordic Real Estate Forum for the fourth time and will once again be present with its real estate team.

Our team will be available throughout the day to discuss current projects and market developments. As reflected in our selected recent experience, we have advised on large-scale renewable energy developments, cross-border land and share transactions, and the design and construction of significant commercial and public-use projects in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden. This regional perspective is central to how we approach real estate mandates – combining local knowledge with cross-border coordination.

Partner Randu Riiberg comments:

“In recent years, we have been involved in a number of substantial development and transaction projects across the region – from large-scale solar park constructions to cross-border land deals and complex build projects. These matters require not only technical legal expertise, but also close cooperation with investors, developers and public authorities. The forum is a good opportunity to exchange views on where the market is heading and to continue discussions with clients and partners.”

As usual, we will host an evening activity at the Glimstedt area, offering an informal opportunity to continue conversations after the main programme.

The Nordic Real Estate Forum (NREF) has been held for more than 23 years and is the largest and oldest real estate conference in the Baltics. Over this period, it has hosted more than 10,000 participants and 1,000 speakers from over 20 countries. The 2026 edition will bring together decision-makers and business leaders from Europe, the Nordics and the Baltics and will be organised in a hybrid format, allowing participation both on-site in Tallinn and online.
