Glimstedt educates: Establishing the nullity of a public procurement contract in the context of litigation practice

On 15 February, Glimstedt’s public procurement experts Ringo Heidmets and Maria Veermäe will speak at the “Public Procurement Online Conference” on the invalidity of public contracts.

The “Public Procurement Web Conference” (in Estonian) is intended for procurement specialists, administrative managers, lawyers, state and local government representatives, managers and all other interested parties involved in public procurement and participation in public procurement. Comprehensive day will encourage you to participate in public procurement and, if necessary, to demand justice.

Glimstedt’s public procurement experts Ringo Heidmets and Maria Veermäe, whose background spans the roles of organiser, tenderer and contracting authority, will be training on the topic of “Establishing the nullity of a public procurement contract in the context of litigation practice” and will discuss the topic through practical disputes – be sure to attend!

Contact our procurement team if you feel that the underlying documents of a public procurement procedure that suits you favour a particular product of a competitor, the explanations given by the contracting authority do not answer the substantive questions or the decisions taken are of highly questionable value, or you have other questions regarding public procurement.

We offer the possibility to assess the prospects of litigating public procurement disputes and provide a strategic assessment of your problem before starting substantive work. Contact tallinn@glimstedt.ee or ringo.heidmets@glimstedt.ee
