Ringo has worked for more than seven years in the public sector in the Defense Forces and at the State Defense Investment Center as a associate specializing in public procurement. During that period, it guaranteed the lawful execution of 1 000 tenders with a total cost of more than EUR 2 billion. Due to the needs of the Defense Forces, Ringo was exposed to all types of procurement procedures and the specifics of procuring a large number of procurement items. As most of the public procurement he advised exceeded the international threshold, he has extensive experience in negotiating with the world’s largest defense companies. In addition, he has participated in the appeal proceedings of more than 50 public procurement appeal committees and has also represented a large number of clients in court proceedings.
