Glimstedt continues as legal partner of Nordic Real Estate Forum

The Nordic Real Estate Forum 2024 will bring together around 400 participants from more than 10 countries and will be attended by renowned experts in their field. Glimstedt will continue to be the legal partner of the leading real estate forum in the Baltics and Scandinavia in 2024.

The cooperation with the Nordic Real Estate Forum is a good opportunity to meet clients and good partners.

“This year’s Forum will focus on the challenges and changes in the real estate sector, brought about by rising interest rates, Russian aggression in Ukraine and the economic downturn in Sweden and Finland, among others. This has also had a significant impact on our clients” says Randu Riiberg, Partner at Glimstedt.

With over 20 years of experience in advising clients in the real estate sector, Glimstedt continues to be a strategic partner for its clients. Despite the downturn in commercial real estate volumes, Glimstedt has been involved in a number of major real estate transactions and developments in the Baltics, Sweden and also Ukraine. We have also seen a significant increase in our renewable energy activities.

The law firm Glimstedt was founded in Sweden in 1935. We are one of the oldest law firms in the region and have been active in the Baltics since 1997. In addition, we signed a cooperation agreement with Ilyashev & Partners, a leading Ukrainian law firm, in 2022.

Glimstedt has extensive expertise in providing strategic support to its clients, including M&A, dispute resolution, real estate, advisory, insolvency, intellectual property, new business directions and more.
