Ringo’s main focus is on public procurement, European Union grants, and administrative law.
Ringo has worked for over seven years in the public sector at the Estonian Defense Forces and the Estonian Centre for Defence Investments, specialising as a lawyer in public procurement. During this period, he ensured the lawful conduct of approximately 1000 procurement procedures with a total cost exceeding 2 billion euros. Due to the needs of the Defense Forces, Ringo dealt with all types of procurement procedures and the specificities of acquiring a wide range of items. As the majority of the public procurements he advised exceeded international thresholds, he has extensive experience in negotiating with the world’s largest defense industry companies. Additionally, he has participated in over 50 disputes before the procurement review committees and has represented clients in numerous court proceedings.
